Core Responsibilities:
Network, farm and develop new business leads and prospects
Analyze client specific risk exposure and provide detailed coverage requirements.
Prepare insurance quotations as required
Meet established sales and service targets
Acting as the visible face of AAIMSAFE Insurance Brokers to the clients/prospects in the community.

Required Competencies:
RIBO license, in good standing, is required
Client development /relationship management experience
Superb interpersonal skills, presentation skills and attention to detail
A self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills and excellent organizational skills

Preferred (but not required) Competencies
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Agency Manager (TAM) and Compuquote
1-3 years insurance related experience
Proficiency in a 2nd language

Compensation: Negotiable (based on experience)
